Refund policy
At Sportsmall Egypt, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy to ensure you are fully satisfied with your shopping experience.
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange:
- Standard Returns: Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
- Defective Items: For defective products, you have up to 30 days to return the item.
- Conditions: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If the return criteria are not fully met, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Return and Exchange Methods:
1. In-Store:
- Visit any Sportsmall store with your electronic invoice or waybill. Our team will assist you in processing your return or exchange promptly.
2. Via Courier:
- Step 1: Contact Sportsmall Customer Service at +201112239001 during business hours to initiate your return or exchange.
- Step 2: A courier will arrange to collect the item from you.
- Step 3: Upon confirmation of the return, your refund will be processed, or your exchange order will be dispatched.
Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy:
- Once we receive your returned items, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. If the items meet our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Items returned after the 14-day period or in a damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Due to hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Hygiene products once opened.
- Swimwear, hats, and socks.
- Water flasks and bottles.
- Used, ironed, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items.
- Shoes not in their original box.
- Items with removed brand or price tags.
Cancellation Policy:
- To cancel an order, please contact us via our website or call our Customer Service at +201112239001.
- For credit card orders, the full amount including any shipping fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 24 hours of cancellation. Please note that delays in refund processing may occur due to bank procedures and are beyond Sportsmall’s control.
- Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled and will need to be handled through our return and exchange process as outlined above.
